What information helps with an initial conversation?
The mark’s name or appearance, any application and registration details, examples of use and correspondence about the dispute help with an initial assessment. This is not a mandatory or complete document checklist. Agree an appropriate sharing method before sending sensitive documents.
Does living abroad affect the assessment?
An international connection may matter to the assessment. The countries involved, where documents were prepared and the connection to Türkiye are considered together. Living abroad does not mean that the same procedure applies to every matter.
