On submission, contact and matter details pass through the website server to the firm’s Hostnet email to answer your enquiry. The website has no separate enquiry database. Correspondence is retained in the firm’s email service. Do not include sensitive documents in an initial message.
Purposes and providers
Necessary information supports enquiry handling, conflict checks, preparation of accepted work, statutory duties and security. Vercel provides hosting; Hostnet provides the firm’s email service. WhatsApp, social media and map links open external services; their tracking widgets are not embedded. Their data terms apply when opened. No advertising profiling is performed.
Transfers, retention and security
Foreign infrastructure may involve processing outside Türkiye; statutory transfer requirements apply. A visit is not blanket consent. Temporary form entries end when the page closes. Correspondence and logs are retained according to purpose, statutory and professional obligations and necessary protection of rights, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Appropriate safeguards are required; absolute internet security is not promised.
Sensitive information and rights
